Terms of Service for Koyo / JTEKT Bearing Enquiries and Orders

These terms apply to every Koyo / JTEKT bearing enquiry, quotation and order placed with KOYO Bearing Supplier through koyoome.com, WhatsApp or email.

Effective:
Applies to:
koyoome.com, WhatsApp and email orders

How these terms are organised

Each clause follows a real order, from enquiry to receipt.

The terms are organised in the order a bearing purchase actually happens: the buyer sends machine details, we confirm identification, issue a written quotation, ship the confirmed order, and the buyer checks the delivery.

  1. Clause 02

    Enquiry & identification

Machine model, bearing position and markings are checked before pricing.

  2. Clause 03–04

    Written quotation

Models, prices, stock and lead time in writing. Any technical change needs buyer approval.

  3. Clause 05–06

    Order & shipping

Buyer confirms terms, then transport mode, dispatch date and documents are agreed.

  4. Clause 07

    Receipt & discrepancies

Labels, quantity and condition are checked on arrival. Issues are raised with the order number and photos.

01

Scope of These Terms

These terms govern all enquiries, quotations and orders for Koyo / JTEKT bearings handled by KOYO Bearing Supplier, based at 8 Research Drive, Greenville, SC 20627, USA, whether the request starts on koyoome.com, by WhatsApp or by email.

  • They cover single bearing positions and full assembly repairs, including mixed lists for several machines or sites.
  • Where a written quotation sets out different terms for a specific order, the quotation applies to that order.
  • We may update these terms. The version in effect on the date a quotation is issued applies to that quotation.
02

Enquiries and Bearing Identification

The information a buyer provides is used to check the replacement Koyo / JTEKT reference against the machine and the bearing position, and any gaps in identification are closed before a quotation is issued.

2.1 Information used for identification

  • Machine make and model, from the manual or the data plate
  • Bearing position: axle, wheel end, gearbox, shaft or drive
  • Photos of bearing markings, measured dimensions and the assembly
  • Mating parts, quantity, destination country, postcode and required delivery date

2.2 Closing identification gaps

Where markings are worn or incomplete, we confirm the exact specification, the complete assembly and whether the buyer accepts a separately identified alternative before pricing. Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of the machine and bearing details they supply.

03

Written Quotations

Every order is based on a written quotation from KOYO Bearing Supplier. The quotation states the commercial details of the supply and takes precedence over prices or availability shown elsewhere on koyoome.com.

Contents of a written quotation
Quotation item What it confirms
Product modelThe Koyo / JTEKT reference confirmed for the bearing position
QuantityUnits per line, matched to the repair list
Price and currencyUnit and line prices with the quoted currency
Stock statusAvailability of each line at the time of quoting
Estimated lead timeExpected time to dispatch or delivery
Validity periodThe date until which prices and terms are held
Freight and tax termsApplicable shipping charges, duties or taxes
Product documentsThe product documents supplied with the order

Lead times are estimates. After the validity period ends, prices and stock may need to be reconfirmed before an order is accepted.

04

Substitutes and Technical Changes

No substitute part or technical change to a quoted bearing is supplied without the buyer's written approval.

What counts as a technical change

A different internal clearance, sealing or shield type, cage design, dimension series or a separately identified alternative reference. Each change is listed in the quotation for the buyer to accept or decline.

05

Orders and Payment

An order is placed once the buyer has reviewed the written quotation and confirmed the specification, quantities, delivery details, payment method and commercial terms.

  1. 1

The buyer checks each line: model, quantity and any approved changes.

  2. 2

The buyer confirms the delivery address, destination country and required date.

  3. 3

The payment method and commercial terms in the quotation are agreed, and the order is accepted on that basis.

Changes requested after order confirmation may affect price and lead time and are confirmed in writing before they take effect.

06

Shipping and Documents

The transport mode, dispatch date and required shipping documents are confirmed with the buyer after the order is placed.

7.1 Checks on arrival

  • Product labels match the ordered references
  • Box counts match each order line
  • Packaging and products show no visible damage

7.2 Raising a discrepancy

Contact us with the order number, the affected lines and clear photos of the labels and packaging. Keep the products unused and in their original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of KOYO Bearing Supplier for any order is limited to the price paid for the affected products.

  • Identification relies on the machine and bearing information supplied by the buyer. Errors in that information are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Installation, lubrication and operation of the bearings remain the responsibility of the buyer and their technicians.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including machine downtime, lost harvest or lost production, except where the law does not allow this exclusion.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
